Pricing questions.

Is there a free trial?
14 days. A card is collected at signup but not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before day 14 and you pay nothing.
What counts as a staff seat?
Anyone who signs in to the back office. Customer portal users are free, unlimited on every plan.
Are there per-order fees?
No. Whether you do 10 orders a month or 10,000, the subscription price is what you pay. Stripe charges its own card fees on payments you take, and SMS is billed by Twilio to your own Twilio account.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose the rest of the month you've paid for.
Do you charge setup fees?
No. Onboarding (data import, supplier setup, branded templates) is included on every plan. Premium gets 2 sessions, Enterprise gets 4.
What about my data if I leave?
Export customer activity as CSV at any time; a full export is available through the API on Premium and above or on request. If you cancel, the workspace stays open read-only for 30 days so you can export or restart, then every record is permanently deleted. A failed payment never deletes anything: the workspace drops to the free tier with your data intact.
