Open an order and use the Print menu in the header. Three documents, all PDFs, all carrying the order number as a scannable Code 128 barcode.

Work Order

The internal build sheet: lines, quantities, decoration detail, your internal notes and the assigned operators. This is the one that goes in the job bag. Internal notes are on it, so keep anything you would not want a customer reading off the pile to the notes field rather than the description.

Worksheet

The press-side sheet: what is being decorated, how, and in what quantities, without the commercial detail. This is the sheet to scan from, because it is the one that lives next to the machine.

Packing Slip

Goes in the box. Lines and quantities for the customer to check off, plus the tracking number once a shipping label has been generated. No prices.

Scanning off the paper

Because all three carry the order barcode, any of them advances the job at the scan station. See production floor barcode scan.

Quotes, invoices and purchase orders each have their own Download PDF action on their own record, and the invoice layout is configurable under Invoice template.

These documents are per order. There is no per-batch work order or packing slip today: see adding production batches.
