Mockups

The design, on the garment.

A saved design is rendered onto a garment silhouette in the chosen colourway and filed as artwork version one. No Photoshop session, no re-uploading the customer's own file.

How it works

From the designer to artwork version one.

01

A design is saved

In the online designer, by a customer or by your team. The design carries its text, shape and image layers, the garment style and the colourway.

02

It renders on a silhouette

The layers are composited onto a garment silhouette tinted to the colourway's hex, positioned exactly where they sat on the canvas. A design with no colourway renders on dark grey.

03

It becomes the proof

When a quote with that design is accepted, the mockup is filed in the asset library and uploaded as artwork version one, so the approval link goes out with the customer's own work already attached.

04

Export the file

Download the mockup from the design or the artwork when you want the image itself rather than the workflow.

05

Large images

Image layers over 5 MB are left out of the export so the file stays usable; downscale before placing.

06

What it is not

A mockup is a customer facing visual, not a production file. Print ready output comes from the proof on the artwork version, and colours are screen colours, not press matched.

The proof is ready before you open the order.

Every saved design, rendered on its garment, filed as version one.
